More than fifteen clients, dozens of collaborators and partners across a range of projects, three core verticals: LM Invest France, or the story of an unconventional trajectory

LM Invest France is a French Société par Actions Simplifiée (SAS) based in Paris, founded in 2011 by Hugues Le Maire. From 2011 to 2018, it held the shares of Diamant Bleu Gestion, an asset management company regulated by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), until its divestment in 2018.

In order to pursue its investment activity in listed markets through a different vehicle, LM Invest France subsequently obtained accreditation as a Conseiller en Investissement Financier (CIF — Financial Investment Adviser), registered with Orias in 2018.

This activity was spun off in 2026 into a newly dedicated entity, Investisseur Averti.

Since 2026, LM Invest France has pursued three distinct yet mutually reinforcing business verticals, alongside the production of the Averti! programme, broadcast on YouTube. This audiovisual content serves as LM Invest France’s overarching broadcasting and communication vehicle. The three business verticals are as follows.”

1/ Financial Investment Advisory (CIF) — Investisseur Averti, a wholly-owned subsidiary of LM Invest France, is a regulated advisory firm operating in listed markets.
2/ Artificial Intelligence — Hugues Le Maire serves as Senior Advisor to funds and companies in the sector across Europe.
3/ Corporate Banking and Capital Markets Transactions — as Senior Advisor to a dedicated entity.
